How to Place a Custom Order with Benny Boy Creative

We love bringing your ideas to life! Here’s how our custom order process works—from your idea to a finished product you’ll love.

1. Submit Your Custom Order Request

Start by filling out our Custom Order Form. This form lets you share all the details—your vision, preferred colors, text, style, and any inspiration photos. The more details, the better!

2. We Create Your Mock-Up

Once we receive your request, we’ll get to work designing a custom mock-up just for you. This is a digital preview of your item so you can see exactly what it’ll look like before we create it. We will also get you pricing.

Mock-ups are typically ready within 1–3 business days.

3. Review & Approve

You’ll receive your mock-up via email or message (depending on your preferred contact method). Look it over and let us know if it’s perfect or if you’d like any changes. We want you to LOVE it!

Once approved, your design is locked in.

4. We Make Your Item

After approval, we’ll begin production! Whether it's a t-shirt, piece of jewelry, or something 3D-printed or laser-cut, we put care into every detail.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days (depending on the item). You’ll get updates along the way!

5. Pickup or Shipping

Once your order is complete, we’ll let you know it’s ready! Choose local pickup (if available) or we’ll ship it straight to your door.
